Android Development is coming into its own, driven in large part by the Android 2.0 development and new devices like the Droid and the Nexus One. They have worked on the Android platform since 1.0 and are now working with the latest high resolution Android devices. The software are written to support multiple Android devices concurrently.

Some people always match up to the Android approach with the way Microsoft went with Windows about many years ago, just that android development is a lot more open, but they both want the way of providing an operating system for a very general set of hardware components.
